EP-Scan 仅需PCB的布局几何和PCB叠层信息即可运行,不需要器件的IBIS模型或者S参数模型,导入PCB数据后指定要检查的网络和对应的规范标准之后,即可通过“EP-Scan”自动扫描您的PCB设计并生成合规结果报告。
EP-Scan是执行高效信号完整性分析的理想软件,其重点是以最少的精力和时间捕捉设计中的信号完整性问题。
使用EP-Scan,在导入PCB设计数据后,仅需三个简单的步骤即可获得信号完整性洞察力:
- 选择要分析的网络。
- 设置测试计划(选择网络的规格)。
- 运行分析。
如果任何网络违反所选择的规范标准,则会有明确的指示。如下图所示,差分对PCIE_TX4_P和PCIE_TX4_N超出了阻抗规格。阻抗单元的颜色变化指示违规。
EP-SCAN 仅需一次点击即可生成仿真报告结果,设置仿真并运行分析后,一键生成报告可最大限度地减少创建报告所需的工作量,消除了复制和粘贴数据的需要,见下图所示:
